AI Transformation
AI Operations, Security & Local Model Deployment
We add monitoring and guardrails for AI systems in production, including Ollama-based local model deployment for sensitive data.

How do AI systems run safely in production?
An AI agent working in a demo is not the same as working safely in production. This service sets up evaluation test sets, approval and guardrail mechanisms, and usage and cost monitoring. For scenarios where sensitive data cannot leave your infrastructure, we deploy local or hybrid AI with Ollama and open-source models.
Evaluation sets are built from real usage examples and re-run on every model or prompt change, so we can see whether an update degrades output quality before it reaches production. Separate test scenarios cover risks like prompt injection and unauthorized data access, and usage and cost are reported on a regular cadence.
Where we move you
Today
- AI outputs ship to production untested
- No visibility into usage or cost
- Sensitive data is sent to external APIs
After this service
- Outputs validated against evaluation sets
- Monitored usage and cost metrics
- Fully local model infrastructure where required

LLMOps + security + local model
We move AI systems from demo to secure production operations
When an AI application goes live, new questions appear: what data went to the model, what supported the answer, why did cost rise, why did behavior change?
Research
Why does AI need separate production operations?
As enterprise AI usage grows, model monitoring, prompt versioning, data masking, access control, cost management and security policy become standard operations.

OpenAI, Claude, Copilot, Ollama or open-source models may all fit different scenarios. We choose based on data sensitivity, performance, cost, maintenance and regulatory needs.
Roadmap
How we establish AI operations
Production AI needs policy, logging and maintenance processes as much as technical setup.
Weeks 1-2
Risk and architecture assessment
Use cases, data sensitivity, model options, infrastructure and regulatory needs are mapped.
Weeks 3-4
Security design
Data masking, role-based access, API-key management, logging and human-approval rules are defined.
Weeks 5-8
LLMOps setup
Prompt versioning, model monitoring, cost tracking, quality test sets and alerts are established.
Weeks 9-12
Local or hybrid launch
Ollama-style local model options or hybrid cloud architecture are configured for pilot or production.

Frequently asked questions
Can we use AI without any data leaving our infrastructure?
Yes, we can design a fully local setup with Ollama and open-source models. We weigh the performance and cost trade-off together.
