AI Transformation

Enterprise AI Agents

We build role-based AI agents that follow approval rules and connect to email, files, CRM and ERP — including Claude, OpenAI and Copilot.

How do enterprise AI agents fit into workflows?

An enterprise AI agent is not a general-purpose chatbot — it is a system component that takes on a specific role with specific permissions. We choose the model to fit the use case: Claude or OpenAI models in some scenarios, the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem in others. Every agent ships with a human-in-the-loop workflow and a clear permission model.

Which tools an agent can reach (email, files, CRM, ERP) and which actions it can take alone versus which require approval are defined in a written permission matrix before setup. Every tool call and decision is logged, so if something goes wrong you can trace back exactly which step and which information the decision was based on.

Where we move you

Today

  • AI usage is scattered, limited to personal experiments
  • No permission or approval mechanism
  • Model and cost choices are ad hoc

After this service

  • Agents operating with defined roles and permissions
  • Human-approved, traceable workflows
  • Model and cost matched to the actual need

Agent + tools + human approval

We connect AI agents to workflows with control, measurement and auditability

An enterprise agent is not only a chatbot. It receives tasks, collects knowledge, connects to systems, makes recommendations and asks for human approval at critical points.

Research

Opportunity and risk must be managed together

Agentic AI is moving fast, but enterprise success depends on tool access, boundaries, human approval and auditability.

Operating model

Decisions we clarify in enterprise AI agent architecture

Claude, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Ollama, local models or open-source LLMs are not the solution by themselves. Value appears when model capability meets secure tool use and workflow design.

Roadmap

How we take an enterprise agent live

We start with a narrow, measurable and human-approved pilot, then scale after reliability is proven.

01

Week 1

Scenario selection

1-3 repetitive and measurable workflows are selected with success metric and risk boundary.

02

Weeks 2-3

Knowledge and tool connection

Documents, system sources, APIs and permission boundaries are connected securely.

03

Weeks 4-6

Pilot agent

Prompt, RAG, tool use, human approval, test set and monitoring board are activated.

04

Weeks 7-12

Production and scaling

Scope expands based on error records, user feedback, cost and success rate.

Approval on critical actions

Frequently asked questions

Can an AI agent act without our approval?

Not for critical actions. We design agents to wait for human approval before irreversible or high-risk steps.

Do you decide which model we use?

We recommend an option, but the decision is made together based on the use case, data sensitivity and budget. We do not lock you into one provider.
